Cashew Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tamari, soy sauce or Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Blend all ingredients and enjoy with your salad greens.
